  They've always been extremely friendly and when my debit card was stolen they were super helpful and got all of the charges reversed

  Drive all the way there and the one banker they have can't even help cause they claim they are busy for the rest of the evening. What kind of service is this? Shutting down accounts and staying away from these people.

  I went in to a branch to open an account with about 40 minutes until close. I was told by the manager/vp that it take 45 minutes to open the account and I needed an appointment and was turned away. There was no else in the branch! I couldn't tell what she was so busy doing that she couldn't open a simple checking account. She was very rude and when I pressed to find out why it took so long she would not offer any reasons, just that it takes that long. I know that retail locations like to try to cross sell you and ask a bunch of questions even if you tell them you don't want other products which is what takes so long. For being a VP she definitely lacks in professionalism. Chase has a reputation for treating people this way in this area but I thought I would give them a try. Bad idea. Big national banks don't care about the customers and it translates to how the ground level employees treat them. Stay away from this bank.
