- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Member of 10 years. Went to draw money out of my savings account. I was told that you aren't allowed to pull a certain amount of money out after 5:30. The bank is open until 6:00. You expect NOT to be told you can't pull your own money out of your account. (Maybe at least get a sign acknowledging customers that). I was fed a numerous amount of excuses why I couldn't receive MY money. Which none to me made any sense at all. And it was not one, but three very impolite care free staff members that I had to deal with. Had a month long planned trip that was almost ruined. Zero customer service or care to a loyal member. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Yeah, they are super friendly. And that is because they know they control your money. My debit card expired and it took them three months to get a new one to me. I work a lot out of state, so it's not like I just pop by. Then they stick you with all the penaltys on the accounts that you have automatic withdrawals to. Thanks! Then if you have some unauthorized pull on your account, to bad, nothing they can do for you. Thanks again!!!!By Roy Monroe, June 10, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used them for years, the recent changes make it impossible for me to see statements past last month. I called because I needed beyond that and they charge to allow ME to see MY statements beyond last month. Interesting. A few slip ups as well on their end beyond that are making it even more difficult to get these statements. I plan on switching institutions when I get the time and would fully recommend others to look elsewhere.By Jason Burton, January 11, 2017
