At my job, the customer has a right to be respected and no matter how frustrated the customer. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service hasn't been rude but they will not budge on sending a paper statement. You would think they would appreciate your business enough to simply mail a statement when requested. Mortgages are big loans and we didn't have to give them our business.
