- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I am torn about how I ought to review this mortgage company. First of all, Hazel Webb is freaking fantastic. She was extremely helpful, super friendly, and seemed to break her back bending over to get me a mortgage that worked for me. And she did exactly that. I cannot give Hazel enough praise. However, the loan process wasn't without it's hurdles. The company that Mann Mortgage uses to approve loans was bound and determined to deny me a loan. I had to jump through so many hoops that I really should consider competing in the Olympics. On an almost weekly basis I was being called back into the office to respond to "red flags" and explain why I was transferring money between my various checking and savings accounts. I fulfilled every request that they made but was still put through the wringer. I will admit that I wasn't the prime candidate for the perfect loan, but holy crap did we go through some hell to get it. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Hazel and her magic, I'd still be renting right now. I give Hazel 20 stars. I give the experience altogether 3 stars. I recommend that you make darn sure you have all of your ducks in a row before you use Mann Mortgage. It will save you headaches in the long run.By Chad Russell, April 23, 2017
