  Went in to get a new SS card. People were very helpful and did not take very long. I received my card in the time I was told.

  We waited about 20 minutes to get a social for my immigrant spouse then we were helped quickly and professionally, we were out the door in 5 minutes after that.

  Friendly but thorough security officer, however I waited a whole hour in line (sitting, thankfully) only to hear that I needed an extra document (that was not listed anywhere I could read online, it was specific to my situation). Would have been nice to have been able to talk to someone really fast upon entering, who could check that all my information was in order, like they did at the DMV in my previous hometown. Would have saved me, the other people waiting, and the person who helped me, a lot of time. They also need more staff over there.
